Whinder Apartments

The Whinder Apartment Complexes are found in the heart of Cheyenne. There are three buildings. In one are smaller, simple apartments; in another are somewhat larger, more lavish ones; in the third and final the apartments are quite grand, and tend to cover whole floors. There is typically plenty of vacancy in all three buildings, pets are allowed, and the landlord is one of the easiest going you'll meet.
